It is so hard to believe that nearly four months ago we were kicking off the 5th Annual Step Up Youth Challenge with all of you. Time sure flies and because it does we wanted to give you a few updates and reminders:
Site Visits - By now you should have had or have tentatively arranged a site visit with your assigned Visitor. If you have not yet done so, please let me know as soon as possible to arrange a visit.
Surveys - Two links will be sent to you on March 1. Now would be a good time to gather data specific to your students. Please be sure to have all students complete AND submit your survey by Thursday April 7.
Final Projects - Hope all of your projects are going strong. The Final Report docs have been uploaded and are available for you and your team to start filling out. As a reminder, there are THREE required elements for final submissions: Advisor Final Report, Team Final Report, and a PPT that demonstrates all your team's hard work. All of these items MUST be uploaded to your portal by Thursday, April 14 at 5 PM. If they are not, your team's submission will not be considered or evaluated – Late submissions will be automatically deducted 10% of total possible points.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: THE RED CARPET EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON MONDAY, MAY 2 AT THE LJ WILLIAMS THEATER IN VISALIA.
